SPOT Investments was founded in Lugano - Switzerland in 2006, as an investment bank specialized in structuring capital raise transactions for small and medium cap companies.

In 2008, we opened our head office for Latin America in Bogota - Colombia, from where we will explore growth potential opportunities present in companies from the region.  

Mission: Promote, develop, and structure financing processes, which drive small and medium cap companies growth and at the same time, result in profitable investments for capital providers. 

Vision: Consolidate as the main Private Equity transaction dealer for Latin American companies, with special focus in Colombia, Peru and Mexico.
