Our main goal is to be successful in every process of capital raise developed for our clients. In order to fulfill our goal, we have agreements with Private Equity Funds from Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, US, Spain and England that share an interest in exploring investment opportunities in Latin American markets. By linking our experience with our wide network of Private Equity Funds and International Banks, the probabilities of closing a transaction once the investment roadshow is over are high.       

We have strategic alliances with different investment banks, consultancy firms, and lawyer firms in Colombia as well as in other Latin American countries. This allows us to create a wide investment project portfolio from where we can choose competitive investment opportunities and offer them to different equity providers.      

When transactions involve capital raise through public listing in the US Stock exchange, we share collaboration agreements with every part involved in the process. This includes, investment banks who own shell companies, lawyers, auditors, brokers, investment relations firms, and of course, a wide network of PIPE investors. For the liquidation of investments (restricted shares), we have strategic alliances with secondary market makers.  

From the Private Equity Fund’s and PIPE investors point of view, SPOT Investments has created an external channel for the consecution of business opportunities. This allows us to access companies with high growth potential and capital needs in Latin America, US and China.
